Analysis and recommendations to the Santo Domingo Group’s Colombian Holding which has significant majority and minority positions throughout a wide range of industries, including Media, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Retail, Agro-industrial, Internet Related Services, Forestry, Transport and Logistics, amongst many others. Also member of Valorem’s Auditing Committee. Advisory of over $2.0 billion.

Lundin

Explored strategic opportunities to propose to the Lundin Group about how to expand into alternative energy production in Latin America, in particular, in Colombia and Brazil; for over $100 million.

Magdalena River – Colombia

In co-advisory with Violy & Co., advised one of the largest river ship operators in the Andean Region in connection with their strategic alternatives; for over $100 million.

Fierro Group

Closed the sale of a minority stake in a multibillion dollar family owned economic group with positions throughout Latin America, the US, Spain and Thailand with operations in banking and manufacturing for over $1.5 billion.

Advised Quadrant Capital Advisors, Inc. in implementing a Latin American retail venture; for over $500 million.

Banco BHD

Financial and strategic advisory to BHD in the Dominican Republic in connection to increasing shareholder value by implementing strategies including M&A transactions; for over $1 billion.
